Made from our Laharum Shiraz, picked 2 weeks earlier than the Red Table wine. Handpicked and whole bunch pressed; juice is then fermented at cool temperatures and aged on lees for 6 months. A beautiful pale/pink grey colour it has loads of flavour and crunchy fruits of pomegranate and rose petals. With a long fragrant finish and a balanced dry backbone. A delight to have on a springtime lunch or just anytime you want.
It is dry and all-round pleaser.
