Mount Stapylton Wines Christmas Giveaway – Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility:
The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and above, residing in Victoria, Australia.
Employees and immediate family members of Mount Stapylton Wines and their affiliates are not
eligible to participate. - How to Enter:
Place an order with Mount Stapylton Wines or sign up to the competition mailing list during the
competition period to be in the draw to win a FREE case of Mount Stapylton Wines. 6 bottles – 2
Shiraz, 2 Rosé and 2 Sav Blanc. - Competition Period:
The competition begins on Monday 27 November and ends on Friday 15 December.
All entries must be submitted by Friday 15 December. - Prize:
One winner will be selected from eligible entries.
The winner will receive a FREE case of Mount Stapylton Wines. 6 bottles – 2 Shiraz, 2 Rosé and
2 Sav Blanc, valued at [Specify Value], including complimentary Drop-off or postage within the
local VIC area. - Winner Selection:
The winner will be chosen at random from eligible entries.
The winner will be announced on Mount Stapylton Wines social media accounts and contacted
via direct message or email depending on how they submitted their entry.
The winner must respond by 1pm on 15th December to receive a pre-Christmas delivery, or
within 2 weeks to claim the prize. Failure to do so will result in disqualification, and a new winner
will be selected. - General Terms:
The competition is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions and grant Mount Stapylton Wines
the right to use their entry materials for promotional purposes.
Mount Stapylton Wines reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these
terms or are deemed inappropriate. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for
cash or any other substitute. - Privacy:
Participants’ personal information collected for this competition will be used for the purpose of
administering the competition and awarding the prize.
By entering, participants consent to Mount Stapylton Wines using their personal information for
these purposes. All orders made through our online sales portal are automatically added to our
in-house email communications, with the choice to opt-out at any time available. - Release and Limitation of Liability:
By participating, participants release and hold harmless Mount Stapylton Wines, its affiliates,
and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability or claims arising
out of their participation in the competition or acceptance and use of the prize. - Disputes: Any disputes arising under or related to the competition shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales, Australia. - This competition is not affiliated with Meta or Facebook. This promotion is in no way
sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook.
